Application Requests

To request a rental application, applicants must first complete the full Rental Inquiry Form. This helps us confirm basic qualification requirements and ensure the property is a potential fit before moving forward with the application process.

Submission of the inquiry form does not guarantee approval or availability of a property.

Touring a Property

We strongly encourage all applicants to tour a property prior to signing a lease agreement. Viewing a property in person provides the best opportunity to confirm that the home meets your needs and expectations.

However, applicants may choose to lease a property without touring it in person.

Leasing Without a Tour

Applicants who elect to sign a lease without first touring the property acknowledge that they are accepting the property in its current condition ("as-is") based on the information, photos, videos, and disclosures provided.

Once a lease agreement has been executed, the lease becomes legally binding.

Security deposits, holding fees, move-in funds, prepaid rent, and other monies paid toward the lease are non-refundable if the applicant later decides not to move forward due to personal preference, including dissatisfaction with the property's appearance, layout, condition, location, or features that could have been observed during a tour.

For this reason, Kayy Estates Realty highly recommends that all prospective residents tour a property before signing a lease whenever possible.
